No pressure, no jargon. Just a quiet space to talk things through at your own pace.

About Billy

I’m Billy — a therapist and street photographer. I work with people who want to feel a bit more at ease in themselves and their lives. Sometimes we use words, sometimes images. Often both.

Sessions are warm, human and collaborative — more like a grounded conversation than a clinical interview.

Why bring photography into therapy?

You don’t have to be “good” at photography. We use images to pause, notice and talk about things that are hard to name directly.

  • It slows things down. A single frame gives space to breathe and reflect.
  • It makes the invisible visible. Photos capture mood, tension, closeness, distance.
  • It gives perspective. Stepping back from a picture helps step back from a situation.

Is this for you?

You might be here because…

  • You feel worn out, stuck or unsure who you are now.
  • You’ve been through a loss or major change.
  • You’re carrying a lot for others.
  • You know something needs to shift but you’re not sure where to start.

Not one bit. We use simple images, not technical photography.

How much does it cost?
