Contact a therapist in Cornwall
Reaching out can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a while. This page sets out what happens when you get in touch, so you don’t have to guess.
I offer person centred therapy in Cornwall (indoors and outdoors), online across the UK, and small groups and retreats in the UK and abroad.
You can use the form below to enquire about individual therapy, outdoors sessions, online work, therapeutic photography, or groups and retreats. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can, usually within a few working days.
How to use the form
You don’t need to write a full history. A few lines about where you are now and what you’re hoping for is enough to start.
It can help to include:
- whether you’re looking for in-person, outdoors or online therapy
- a brief sense of what’s bringing you to therapy just now
- any practical constraints (days/times you’re generally free)
- whether you’re enquiring about individual sessions, groups or retreats
You’re welcome to say “I’m not sure where to start” if that’s true. We can figure it out together.
What happens next
- I’ll reply by email as soon as I can, usually within a few working days.
- If I have availability that fits, we’ll arrange a free 20-minute call.
- During the call, we can think together about whether working together feels right.
- If I’m not the right person, I’ll try to offer signposting where possible.
Send a message
Please use the contact form below to get in touch. Your message comes directly to me and is treated with care.
Squarespace form goes here: add a standard Form Block under this code block in the Squarespace editor. You might include fields like: name, email, phone (optional), how you’d like to be contacted, brief message, and any preferences around in-person/online/outdoors.
Confidentiality and boundaries
What you share with me is held with care and confidentiality, within the usual legal and ethical limits we’ll talk through before we begin.
Email and online forms can’t be completely risk-free, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information. If you prefer, you can initially share only the essentials and go into more detail once we’re speaking.
Please don’t use the contact form for emergencies or urgent support. I’m not able to offer 24-hour or crisis care.
If you need urgent or crisis support
If you are in immediate danger, feel unable to keep yourself safe, or need urgent support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, emergency services, or appropriate crisis services in your area.
You may also be able to access local helplines, listening services or mental health teams for more immediate support. Therapy with me is not a crisis or emergency service.
When you’re ready
If something in what you’ve read on this site resonates with you, you’re welcome to get in touch and see how it feels to talk.
