Therapeutic photography in Cornwall, held with calm and care
Life can become overwhelming – loudly or quietly. My work offers a steady, grounded space to pause, understand what’s happening inside, and find a more spacious way forward through therapeutic photography.
I offer person centred therapy face-to-face in Cornwall — outdoors — and online across the UK. I also run small group programmes and therapeutic retreats in the UK and abroad.
I work with people who feel stretched thin, stuck in familiar patterns, or unsure how to talk about what’s going on — but know something needs to shift.
A calm, steady space to bring what you’re carrying
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or forcing breakthroughs. It’s about having somewhere grounded, honest and human to bring what you’re carrying, without needing to package it neatly.
Person centred and relational
I’ll meet you as you are — no judgement, no pressure to be “better” fast. We work at the pace your nervous system can genuinely hold.
Steady, grounded presence
My role is to stay alongside you — curious, thoughtful and clear — while we make sense of your inner experience and what shaped it.
Rooted in real life
We keep bringing the work back to your day-to-day world: relationships, patterns, habits and moments of overwhelm or clarity.
Is this the kind of therapy you’re looking for?
Many people come to therapy when they realise they’ve been carrying something alone for too long.
- You feel worn down by stress, anxious loops or low mood that keeps returning.
- You’re carrying old experiences that still shape how you see yourself and others.
- You feel scattered or disconnected and want to feel more grounded in yourself again.
- You’re often the one holding everything together for others.
- You want a therapist who is calm, straightforward and not easily shocked.
The first call is simply a gentle starting point — not a commitment.
How therapy with me works
We move slowly and intentionally, shaping the work around what feels manageable and meaningful.
A short, steady first call
A free 20-minute call to talk through what’s been happening and whether working together feels right.
Regular sessions
Sessions can be face-to-face in Cornwall (outdoors) or online across the UK.
Review and deepen
We review regularly and shape therapy around what feels genuinely helpful, whether short-term or longer-term.
